1. Project / Service Cancellation

A client may request cancellation by sending a written request to info@safeclicksolutions.com.
Any work performed prior to cancellation is billable.

2. Refund Conditions

Due to the nature of digital services, payments already made are generally non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • No work has begun on the project

  • A billing error occurred on our side

3. Ongoing Retainer or Subscription Services

For monthly or ongoing retainers:

  • Cancellation requires a 7-day prior notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable.

4. Partial Refunds

If work delivered does not match the agreed scope, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or service correction.
